An almost $1 million grant from the National Eye Institute will help researchers at the University of Missouri-Kansas City develop a new treatment to preserve glaucoma patients’ vision.
Professor Peter Koulen, director of basic research at the UMKC School of Medicine’s Vision Research Center, is leading the five-year, $970,325 project.
