Maryland-based law firm Offit Kurman said it acquired health care law boutique Kelley Partners, effective April 1.
Kelley’s three lawyers will leave their offices at 1628 Pine Street and move into Offit Kurman’s space at 1801 Market Street. In addition, Offit Kurman will take over Kelley’s Harrisburg office — where it previously did not have a location — which will be managed by Kelley partner John A. Kane.
