Fred Hutch and Virginia Mason have been selected to participate in a national consortium organized by the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to fight the deadliest type of cancer.
The consortium – called Precision Promise – is the first large-scale precision medicine trial for patients with pancreatic cancer, bringing together doctors, researchers and drug developers from 12 sites around the country.
