The Sunrise-based company (NYSE: MD) on Thursday announced its 13th acquisition of 2016 with the buyout of Central New York Anesthesia Group, P.C., (CNY) a private physician group practice based in Syracuse, New York.
The terms of the cash deal were not disclosed.
