A company from Washington state that develops and runs memory care facilities in 14 states bought a property in Brookfield where it plans a 66-bed facility.
The development arm of JEA Senior Living, Vancouver, Wash., bought the 7.05 acres of vacant land at 4065 N. Calhoun Road for $1.15 million, according to a press release from RFP Commercial Inc. RFP Commercial represented the seller, Park Bank.
