NEW JERSEY — Christi Shaw, the U.S. head of international pharmaceutical company Novartis, is stepping down from her role.
Shaw attributed her decision to family reasons, and her responsibilities will be split into two new positions: U.S. president of Novartis Corporation and president of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.
