For more than eight decades, National Doctors’ Day – March 30 – has been a day set aside to show appreciation for the work that physicians undertake caring for the sick and injured and for advancing the science and practice of medicine.
In recent years, members of the Medical Society of Sedgwick County have chosen to give this day of appreciation a bit of a twist, using it as an opportunity to tell others more about the medical profession and what pursuing a medical career entails.
