Massachusetts is the second-best state in the country for cost, quality and access to children’s health care, according to a recent WalletHub study.
The study looked at 28 factors from a variety of sources — including the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — to discern which states had the best medical care for those under 17.
