George Paz has officially retired from his role as CEO of Express Scripts Holding Co., the St. Louis region’s largest public company, passing the reins on to Tim Wentworth.
Express Scripts had announced in September that Paz, 60, would step down and Wentworth, the company’s president, would add the title of CEO, a move that became effective Wednesday.
The company also held its annual shareholders meeting Wednesday.
