Caddis Partners LLC, a Dallas-based health care real estate development firm, is entering the metro Milwaukee market with proposed senior living facilities in Brookfield and Glendale.
The facilities will run under Caddis Partners’ senior living Heartis brand. Chicago-based Pathway Senior Living will operate the Glendale facility, according to documents filed with the city’s community development office.
