The state regulator in charge of Ohio's medical marijuana cultivation industry has released the names of those vying for one of 24 coveted licenses – but not much else.
The Ohio Department of Commerce revealed the names of 185 applicants for the licenses.
Of those, 109 are vying for one of 12 Level I licenses, which allow up to 25,000 square feet of grow space. Another 76 applied for the 12 smaller Level II licenses, which allow a grow house up to 3,000 square feet.
