Apple and health insurer Aetna reportedly held secret meetings in an effort to bring the Apple Watch to Aetna’s more than 23 million customers.
Top executives from both companies met last week in Southern California, according to CNBC. Myoung Cha, who heads up Apple’s special health projects, led the talks, with hospital chief medical information officers from across the U.S. also in attendance.
Per the report, Aetna could launch the initiative as early as next year.
