Drugmaker Mylan N.V. will pay over $12 million to Massachusetts for allegedly underpaying rebates owed to the state’s Medicaid program for EpiPens.
Attorney General Maura Healey announced today that the $12.4 million payment was part of a $465 million settlement with the United States, the District of Columbia and all 49 other states to settle allegations that it submitted false statements to the federal government that classified EpiPen incorrectly, affecting the amount of the rebate owed.
