Sacramento-based biotech startup SynGen Inc. raised an additional $1.6 million in venture capital earlier this month, bringing its total capital raised to more than $11 million.
The latest venture capital round was received May 10 and disclosed in a May 12 Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
