Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices has named Jeremy Yates executive director of its Lebanon campus.
Yates replaced Bill Wexler, who had been executive director since 2014 but left Otterbein to pursue other opportunities.
In June, Wexler became executive director of Bridgeway Pointe, an assisted living facility on the campus of UC Health’s Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care in Hartwell.
