Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas has filed a lawsuit accusing two Yorba Linda-based companies and their three owners of illegally selling fetal tissue and stem cells for profit.
The civil lawsuit was filed Wednesday against DaVinci Biosciences LLC and its sister company, DV Biologics LLC.
