Kaiser Permanente paid $51.5 million for a Folsom building where it’s had a long-term lease, according to public records.
The building at 2155 Iron Point Road is 121,378 square feet and on a lot of 11.29 acres in Folsom, not far from the city’s Palladio shopping center.
“Kaiser Permanente routinely evaluates our leased properties, and when it makes financial sense, we look for opportunities to convert the lease to owned property,” representatives of the health system said in an email Thursday.…
